To do this, we have developed a reasonable cancellation and refund policy. A thorough investigation, analysis, and the creation of a scope of work document come first in every project. This is done in order to prevent project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts and to make sure that everyone is completely informed of the work that has to be done. However, if any of our customers are dissatisfied with our services, you have a chance to contact us and let us know the issue within 7 business days. Even after our team of professionals has done everything they can to make things work for you, if you are still not happy, we will fully return your money. After 7 days of using our services, return requests won't be granted. When your refund request is authorised, we'll start the process within 24 to 48 hours, and it could take up to 72 hours for the money to appear in your account.
